This guide will go over assigning a Inquiry to a user.
If you cannot see the "Create Inquiry" Tab when they click on the + Sign, then they will need to follow our guide on How to Give Users the Ability to Create Manual Inquiry Entries. You may also view our guide on Manual Creating an Inquiry here.
Assigning an Inquiry
- Select the Prospect Manager Tab
- Hover over the Inquiry you want to assign
- Choose from the Dropdown whom you want to assign it to
- Click the Arrow button to assign it to the Agent
- An email will be sent to the Agent you assigned it to
