How to Create a Manual Inquiry Entry

Manual Inquiry Entry allows for users to manually enter inquiries/leads, which will route to the Prospect Manager or Auto-Assign to agents based on the Prospect Group setup. In Order to use Manual Inquiry Creation, a Prospect Group must be setup.

If the User cannot see the "Create Inquiry" Tab when they click on the + Sign, then they will need to follow our guide on How to Give Users the Ability to Create Manual Inquiry Entries.

Using Manual Inquiry Entry
  • Select the Create Inquiry Tab
  • Enter the Inquiry Details
  • The required "Group" picklist field populates based on the Prospect Groups setup in the system
  • Fill in all relevant information and click save
  • You will receive a success message, confirming the record has been saved.
  • The Inquiry will then route and follow the rules setup by the Prospect Group.
