If the User cannot see the "Create Inquiry" Tab when they click on the + Sign, then they will need to follow our guide on How to Give Users the Ability to Create Manual Inquiry Entries.
Using Manual Inquiry Entry
- Select the Create Inquiry Tab
- Enter the Inquiry Details
- The required "Group" picklist field populates based on the Prospect Groups setup in the system
- Fill in all relevant information and click save
- You will receive a success message, confirming the record has been saved.
- The Inquiry will then route and follow the rules setup by the Prospect Group.
