How to Give Users the Ability to create Manual Inquiry Entries

Manual Inquiry Entry allows for users to manually enter inquiries/leads, which will route to the Prospect Manager or Auto-Assign to agents based on the Prospect Group setup. In Order to use Manual Inquiry Creation, a Prospect Group must be setup.

1. Giving Users the Ability to Create Manual Inquiries Adding the "Create Inquiries" tab
  • Navigate to the User Record who needs Manual Inquiry Entry
  • Scroll down to the Permission Sets related list
  • Click on 'Edit Assignments
  • Add the "Create Inquiry" Permission Set and click save.
  • Click the + Sign
  • Click on Customize My Tabs
  • Add "Create Inquiry" to your Tabs and click save.
