Landlord Rep Workflow Process

1. Create the Company by going to the Company tab and click the 'New' Button.
  • Fill in the required information and click save.
2. Create a Contact
  • Click on the New Contact button. Fill in the information and click save.
  • Contacts allows you to classify CRE Professionals in your database
3. From the Company page, click the 'New' Button next to Preferences.
  • Choose Buyer as the record type
  • Fill in all relevant information and click save
4. Click on the Deal Pipeline tab
  • Click the '+' Sign next to Proposal to create a new Proposal
  • Choose Landlord Rep as the Record Type
  • Once you have added details to the Proposal and saved the record, click 'View in Deal Tracker' to return
5. Click on the 'Next Stage' button to move to the Listing Stage
  • Click on the Green + Sign to add a Listing / Site of Interest
  • Add Details to the Listing and click save. Click the 'View In Deal Tracker' button to return
  • To move to the next stage, click the green Check Mark next to the Listing Name to Submit an Offer
  • Click 'Next Stage'
6. Add an Offer
  • Click on the green + Sign to add an Offer
  • Once you have added details to the Offer and saved the record, click 'View in Deal Tracker' to return
  • To move to the next stage, click the green Check Mark next to the Offer Name to Accept the Offer
  • Click 'Next Stage'
7. Closing
  • Once you have added details to the Closing record and saved the record, click 'View in Deal Tracker' to return
  • Click on 'Next Stage' to close the deal.
  • View the Comp by click on the 'View Comp' button.
